This is one of the best affordable primers!! I would definitely recommend using this with foundation; It starts out very hydrating when first applied, but I’ve noticed it has dried out my skin a little bit after absorption (which ultimately is fine bc it creates the perfect matte base), but makes sole silicone concealer application look a little patchy for me. I noticed this is both a water and silicone-based primer, so maybe a water-based concealer would work better for those who prefer small touch-ups rather than a full face! So far, I think that as long as it’s paired with foundation afterwards, especially powder foundation, this primer creates the smoothest base I’ve ever had and hides pores so well! Also smells like icing. W primer. :)

I've never been on the primer bandwagon because every brand I've tried just makes my face look blotchy.This one doesn't. It works surprisingly well. I've used it with the CC cream & just by itself with fantastic results. You won't regret choosing this one.
